ECO drive
Kalmar’s product line of super heavy forklifts comes with ECO-drive, which gives the driver two different drive settings:
Power mode: When speed is the most important thing. Here you can move loads quickly without compromising on safety.
Normal mode: when you just need to maintain speed. With the slightly reduced speed, you can expect 5-15% lower operating and fuel costs compared to power mode.
Economy mode: when you want the lowest costs. With further reduction in engine speed, you can expect 10-25% lower operating and fuel costs.
