The TT618i (4×2) and TR618i (4×4) handle semi-trailers, terminal trailers for containers and roll trailers with goosenecks. For mega and jumbo trailers comes the TRL618i (4×4), which has been specially developed to handle these trailer types.

Kalmar has three different models within terminal tractors for heavy duty. One is front-wheel drive and intended for RoRo handling.
The other two are 4-wheel towed, which makes moving heavy goods both fast and safe. This means that the machines are ideal for both RoRo, port terminals and industrial transport.
The 618i comes in three different models. All with different capacities. The TT618i and TRL618i have a standard lifting capacity of 25 tonnes on the steering wheel. Double lifting cylinders are an option on both machines, increasing the lifting capacity to 32 tonnes. The TR618i comes with a standard lifting capacity of 32 tonnes.
RoRo is short for Roll on/Roll off. These machines are developed for driving on smooth surfaces and ramp driving. The LoLo terminal tractor has been developed to handle very heavy goods – often loaded onto a mega or jumbo trailer.
